Our attorneys are licensed to practice in all Georgia State Trial Courts as well as the Appellate and Supreme Courts of Georgia. Our attorneys also regularly practice in the Federal District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. While having courtroom experience is valuable, we also recognize the value of alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or arbitration, and our clients appreciate the expertise we have in these areas as well. It is our goal to utilize the method of resolution which will be in the best interest of our clients, and often times our firm is successful in achieving that goal directly through negotiations. Not all situations require a heavy handed approach, sometimes a sincere smile and open communication will suffice.

The practice of law is a profession first and a business second. Many times the right decisions for our clients are not the ones that make the most financial sense for our firm, but we always side with our clients’ best interests. It fills us with great pride to know most of our new clients come as referrals from our existing clients, other attorneys, and, even, opposing counsel.
Our attorneys make it a policy to be available to our clients both during and outside of “normal” business hours. We try to accommodate our clients’ needs and schedules. Our firm’s size makes it possible for our Clients to have direct communication with the attorney actually working on their file. We listen to the questions we are asked and provide answers that are understandable. We work for our clients who always come first.
Our firm has received an AV Rating by the Martindale Hubble directory of lawyers. The rating is based upon the opinions of our peers, including lawyers and judges, regarding the firms’ ability and professionalism. Not all law firms receive an AV rating. It is reserved for those that are the best, and we are proud to be in that select group. Despite this recognition, the rates charged by our attorneys are below those charged by many other AV rated firms. We constantly strive to be good stewards of our clients’ resources.
